General terms & conditions
For most items bought through our website*, you may request a refund within 90 days of purchase for any reason. In most cases, full refunds will be issued for merchandise that is returned in "new" condition, with all original packaging and instructions, and with original receipt. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business following receipt of your returned merchandise. If you request an exchange, you will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Land Sea & Sky gift card, we will provide a credited gift card. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges.
- All sales of custom parts, and some special orders (items not carried "in stock" but instead "special ordered" from the manufacturer) may not be eligible for return, or if eligible will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Pre-owned and demo items must be returned within 14 days to be considered for a refund.
